Terms of service
Plainbid is a trading name of ALGD LTD, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom (company number NI744090), contact hello@plainbid.co.uk. By sending an intake pack you agree to these terms.
The service. For a tender you name, we produce a response bundle: the scored answers, each claim marked with the evidence item it came from; what the tender asks for that your pack did not cover; a pass/fail checklist; drafts of written policies you told us you lack; and an upload guide. We submit it only if you share portal access and ask us to. We do not set your price.
Your facts. The response is written only from the facts you give us and the tender's own documents. You confirm those facts are true. You are responsible for what you submit: read the sourced copy, fill or delete every gap marker, and check the pass/fail list first. We never add a fact you did not supply.
Price and payment. £200 per tender under £250,000, charged by card after the draft exists and you have seen the gap list. Larger tenders are quoted first. Revisions before the deadline are included.
Outcome. We do not promise that a response wins, scores a particular mark or passes a selection stage.
Deadlines. We aim to deliver within two working days of a complete pack, sooner when the deadline is close. If we cannot deliver before the deadline, we say so before you pay and nothing is charged.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a bundle is the fee paid for it, and we exclude consequential loss, including the loss of a contract.
Changes. A change to these terms applies to packs sent after it is published here. Governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
Privacy notice
What we store. Your intake pack (contact details, your firm's facts, the tender), the tender documents, the drafts and the bundle, and the payment reference and payer email. Card details never reach our servers.
What we do with it. Your pack is used on our servers to write and check your bid, and for nothing else. It is never used for another firm's bid. We email you about your bid; we do not add you to a list.
Where it lives. On our servers in the United Kingdom and the European Union, with an encrypted backup that ages out within 30 days.
Retention and deletion. Packs and bundles are kept for twelve months so a second bid can reuse them, then deleted. Write to hello@plainbid.co.uk at any time and everything about your firm is deleted within seven days.
Cookies. None.
Refunds
If the bundle does not do what the page says, email hello@plainbid.co.uk within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full, no conditions beyond telling us what was wrong. Refunds go back to the card charged.
